This picture shows that when perceiving an object or in this case a picture, the brain and eyes sometimes have conflicts. In the picture, it seems hard for the brain to decide what the orientation is inthe picture.
This is also shown in a picture where there are two faces that look at each other. The outline of the faces could also be a Goblet.
